Lodos

Lodos is Levent Yavruoglu, born 1983 in Trabzon, Turkey. Levent started to listen to electronic music in childhood and produced his first tracks when he was fifteen. During his college years, he did a radio show along with his friends called “Ritmix.” Since 1997, Levent has been actively producing, and signed his first release to Euphorialite Records, an important trance/progressive label in Turkey.

Levent defines his sounds as uplifting-progressive trance. Some of the Djs and producers who have influenced his style and sound include: Armin van Buuren, Paul Van Dyk, Enigma, Antiloop and Above & Beyond.

He has also produced under the name, North Star, and is part of the trance production group, Heartstrings.
