Lucy is the production alias of Italian artist Luca Mortellaro, who originates from Palermo and now operates from Berlin. He founded the Stroboscopic Artefacts label and began releasing music in 2009, accumulating 37 releases across his career that spans from 2009 to 2025.
Lucy's sound centers on peak-time driving techno with occasional forays into tech house, house, and electronica. His releases appear on respected imprints including his own Stroboscopic Artefacts, as well as CLR, Zehnin, Life And Death, and Tsugi Sampler.
