Maåsym

Maåsym is the project of Marcel Weiershäuser, who began releasing music in May 2023. The artist has released seven tracks across multiple labels including FLASH, Flash Recordings, ANIMA Records, and MORD, establishing a presence in the underground techno circuit within his first two years of activity.

Maåsym produces raw, deep, and hypnotic techno alongside peak time driving material, creating tracks that span from meditative hypnotic sequences to harder-edged dancefloor weapons. His releases on MORD align with the label's reputation for industrial-leaning techno, while his work on FLASH and ANIMA Records demonstrates versatility across different techno subgenres. The artist also ventures into electronica and album-format releases, showing range beyond standard club tracks while maintaining the driving energy characteristic of contemporary European techno.
