Matchy

Matchy is the solo project of German producer Bjoern Bley, based in Berlin. He began releasing electronic music in 2013 and has since built a catalog of 34 releases across the underground house and techno circuit. Bley also performs as one half of the duo Matchy & Bott, operating under the alias Bjoern Bley for some releases.

His sound spans melodic house and techno, tech house, deep house, progressive house, and indie dance, with releases appearing on respected labels including KATERMUKKE, Lauter Unfug, Beyond Now, My Favourite Freaks Music, and Moonbootique. Matchy's productions typically feature melodic elements layered over driving rhythms, positioning his work within the deeper, more atmospheric end of the house and techno spectrum. His consistent output from 2013 through 2025 demonstrates an evolution from deeper house foundations toward more progressive and melodic territories, making his catalog suitable for both peak-time and after-hours sets.
