Matrefakt is a Liverpool-based duo consisting of Zac Fitzsimmons and Tony Burns who began releasing music in October 2019. The pair founded and operates their own label Of Unsound Mind, which launched in 2019 alongside their debut releases. Over six years, they have maintained a steady output with 10 releases across multiple respected imprints.
Their sound spans house, tech house, melodic house & techno, and deep house, with releases appearing on labels including Shall Not Fade, Circus Recordings, Sous Music, and Cacao Records in addition to their own imprint.
