Matthew Dekay, born Matthew D. Kerkhoff, is a Dutch electronic music composer and DJ currently based in Berlin, Germany. He began releasing music in 2010 and has operated under several aliases including Inquisitor, Head Village People, and M.D. Kerkhoff. Dekay has maintained a decade-long recording career with six releases documented on Electrobuzz between 2010 and 2020, primarily through the Siamese label.

Dekay produces across the deeper spectrum of house and techno, working within tech house, deep house, minimal/deep tech, and melodic house & techno territories.
