Matthew Lima

Matthew Lima was born in Lima, Peru, and grew up in Italy, where he developed his career as a DJ and producer. He co-founded Amazing Music, serving as both an artist and label owner. Lima began releasing electronic music in 2011, with his debut appearing in September of that year, and maintained an active production schedule through 2019.

Lima produces tech house, deep house, house, and minimal deep tech tracks that span the underground dance music spectrum. His releases appear on Nightcolours, Amazing Music, and Distance Music, with his co-founded Amazing Music serving as a primary outlet for his productions. His sound encompasses both the driving energy of tech house and the subdued atmospherics of minimal deep tech, offering DJs versatile tracks that work across different points in a set. Lima's eight-year release period from 2011 to 2019 demonstrates consistent output within the European house music circuit.
