Max Freegrant is Ukrainian DJ and producer Maksym Kysil, born March 9, 1989 in Pryluky and based in Kiev. He began releasing music in December 2010 and operates three labels: Freegrant Music, Fragmatic Records, and Mandarine Music. Kysil also produces under the aliases Kysil Maxim and Stellar Crew, building a catalog of 14 releases spanning over a decade.
His sound centers on progressive house and melodic house & techno, with excursions into tech house and indie dance. Freegrant's releases appear primarily on his own Freegrant Music imprint, with tracks reaching Beatport's top 100 charts.
