Maximiljan is the stage name of Maximilian Arndt, a German house producer born in Neuss and based in Düsseldorf. He began releasing music in 2010 and has maintained an active presence in the underground house scene through 2016, with 22 releases documented across his career. Arndt has also operated under the aliases Gold Ryan and Maximilian Arndt, and relocated temporarily to Amsterdam during his production years.
