Measure Divide

Measure Divide is the solo project of music producer Fahad Ahmad, who was born in Karachi and is now based in Toronto. Ahmad launched the Measure Divide project in 2016 with his first release appearing on January 9th of that year. Over nearly a decade of activity, he has built a catalog of 10 releases across multiple respected underground labels.

Measure Divide operates primarily within the techno spectrum, producing raw, deep, and hypnotic tracks alongside peak time driving compositions, with occasional forays into house music. His releases have appeared on Clergy, Brood Audio, Mutual Rytm, and KYSH, establishing him as a consistent presence in the underground techno circuit. Ahmad's production style spans the tempo range from deep, hypnotic grooves to more driving peak time material, offering DJs versatility for different moments in a set. His most recent release dropped in October 2025, maintaining an active release schedule that has sustained his presence in the scene for nearly a decade.
