Mike Dunn is a Chicago-based DJ, producer and vocalist whose real name is Michael Dunn. He operates under several aliases including The MD Connection, The MD X-Spress, and MD III. Dunn ran Dance Mutha Records between 1988 and 1990, relaunching it in 2024, and co-operated Warehouse Records and its sub-label Muzique Records with Armando Gallop from 1988 to 1990. He also ran Deep Soul with Byron Stingily and Mike Weiss between 1998 and 2000, and currently operates production company and publisher Blackball Muzik.

Dunn produces house music spanning deep house, tech house, afro house, and melodic house & techno. His releases appear on established labels including Classic Music Company, Big Love Music, Z Records, Glitterbox Recordings, and Defected.
