Biography
Having worked under the ‘Introspective’ alias for 8 years and with a discography that includes over 25 singles, 3 mix compilations and licensed material on Ministry of Sound, Fabric Live, Sony Playstation and Y4K, Mike already has an extensive history in the underground music scene.

It was back in 2009 when Mike decided it was time to take center stage and record under his own name. Since then, he signed to Elite Force’s now legendary U&A Recordings label and focused on turning in some well supported remixes and originals in the past 2 years. His first solo release on the label, 100mg, would go on to be hailed as one of the best Techno tracks of the year by reviewers and fans.

Regardless of genre, one thing that has always been said about his music is the ability it has to get people locked on to the groove. Often described as techy, rolling and hypnotic, Mike takes pride in creating such rhythms in the studio, always with the dancefloor in mind, and with the intention of making people’s heads spin.

As a DJ, Mike focuses on a tried and tested technique of offering partygoers a hedonistic blend of music which floats through genres. For Mike, it’s always important to take listeners through different phases and different head spaces that will help them to jump inside the music and get lost for a couple of hours!

Having gained support from the likes of Carl Cox, Dubfire, Slam, Popof and Laurent Garnier so far under ‘Mike Hulme’, it’s surely a sign of more good things to come from this talented producer.
