About
Mike Monday (b. Michael Mukhopadhyay - aka Distant Drums & Mike Marshall), studied music at Oxford University, and worked in the early 90s with Andy Cato of Groove Armada as part of Beat Foundation.
Since then he's released countless underground club cuts and two critically acclaimed albums, Smorgasbord in 2006 and Songs Without Words - Part 1 in 2008.
