Milton Jackson

Milton Jackson is the alias of Barry Christie, a DJ and producer from Glasgow who began releasing music in 2009 with his first EP on Solemusic's Tronicsole imprint at age 19. The Glasgow-based artist also operates under the aliases Mitchell Sphynx, Obelix, and Napoleon Solo, and has maintained a steady output with 24 releases tracked through 2025.

Jackson produces dark, techno-influenced deep house that fuses straight driving beats with eclectic, techy production styles. His music spans deep house, tech house, and peak time techno, with releases on respected labels including Freerange Records, Lazy Days Music, Tsuba, Dark Energy Recordings, and Groove Culture Deep. His debut album "The Bionic Boy" received critical acclaim from the house music community, particularly the Pepe Bradock-influenced track "Sunlight." Jackson's sound maintains a darker edge that distinguishes his productions within the deep house spectrum, making his tracks suitable for both deeper sets and more driving dancefloor moments.
