MoonDark

MoonDark is an electronic music producer duo from Frankfurt am Main, Germany, comprised of Christian Stein and Tino Hufeld. The project began releasing music in October 2018 and operates under several aliases including Microbe, Travellerz, and Yoko M. The duo has released nine tracks across multiple labels including NOPRESET Records, Erase Records, Huambo Records, Bedroom Muzik, and Reshape Black, with their most recent release appearing in April 2023.

MoonDark produces tech house and afro house, drawing from broader house music influences to create dancefloor-focused material. Their releases span labels that cater to both underground house scenes and more commercially-oriented electronic music markets. The duo's output maintains consistent energy levels typical of tech house production, incorporating percussive elements and groove patterns characteristic of afro house. Their five-year release history demonstrates an evolving approach to house music production while maintaining the rhythmic foundation that defines their core sound.
