Moteka

Moteka is a French techno project from Marseille, originally started as a duo by Pierre Delort and Rémy Maurin in early 2013. Maurin, who also collaborated with Delort on the psytrance project Principles of Flight, left Moteka after a few months for personal reasons, leaving Delort to continue the project as a solo act. Delort signed with French label Skryptöm Records and London-based Children of Tomorrow in 2015, and joined Möd3rn in 2018.
The Moteka sound encompasses both peak time driving techno and raw, deep, hypnotic variations, delivering high-energy tracks built for the dancefloor. Delort has released 16 tracks since 2013 across labels including Skryptom Records, A-Traction Records, MARY GO WILD BLACK, Children Of Tomorrow, and Newrhythmic Records. His productions focus on driving rhythms and hypnotic elements that work equally well in peak time sets and deeper, more atmospheric moments, with releases spanning from his debut in November 2013 through scheduled releases into 2025.
