Mrak

Mrak is the stage name of Italian DJ and producer Carmine Conte. He began releasing music in 2021, making his debut on Afterlife Records in November of that year. Over the past four years, he has released six tracks exclusively through the renowned Italian imprint.

Mrak operates across multiple electronic genres, producing melodic house and techno alongside afro house, deep house, and ambient compositions. His releases on Afterlife Records demonstrate versatility in both four-on-the-floor dance floor material and downtempo ambient works. The artist also incorporates breaks and UK bass elements into his production palette, creating music that spans from introspective ambient pieces to peak-time melodic techno tracks suitable for both intimate club settings and festival main stages.
