Mulder is Willem De Mulder, a Dutch DJ and producer from the southern part of The Netherlands who has been releasing electronic music since 2011. He also produces under the alias Second Floor and has released 12 tracks across labels including Rejected, dftd, and extravaganza over his twelve-year career spanning from 2011 to 2023.

Mulder's sound centers on tech house and deep house with forays into peak time driving techno. His releases on Rejected and dftd position him within the harder end of house music, while his work demonstrates consistent output across established underground labels.
