Nikhil Chinapa Artist Bio

Kalengada Bhemaiah Chinapa better known as Nikhil Chinapa and VJ Nikhil (born in Bangalore, India on 6 June 1973) is an Indian radio jockey, video jockey and disc jockey and is a popular presenter on MTV India for more than a decade. He is now the Festival Director of Asia’s premier music festival – Sunburn Festival in Goa and Bangalore.

In 2002, he founded alongside his wife DJ Pearl Submerge, an electronic dance music and alternative club scene. Submerge quickly attracted many cutting edge VJ names from the local Indian music scene and has been the venue for renowned international DJs. Read more on Last.fm.
