Nino Santos

Nino Santos is the alias of Italian DJ and producer Sante Pucello, born in Frosinone in 1971. Operating under multiple aliases including Smoke Machine and Maskio, Pucello manages his own imprint and began releasing electronic music in the late 1990s. His Nino Santos project launched in 2010 with releases on Wow! Recordings, where he maintained an active presence through 2016 with six total releases on the label.

Santos produces tech house and house music that ranges from driving club tracks to more refined dancefloor offerings. His releases on Wow! Recordings showcase a consistent approach to groove-oriented house production, with tracks designed for peak-time DJ sets. The project represents Pucello's focused exploration of contemporary house sounds, distinct from his work under other aliases that spans electronica and breakbeat territories.
