Nørbak

Nørbak is the alias of Portuguese techno producer Artur Moreira, who launched his recording career in 2020 with his first release appearing in May of that year. Based in Portugal, he operates his own label NRBK while maintaining an active release schedule that has yielded 28 releases through early 2024. Moreira has established himself within the underground techno circuit through consistent output on his own imprint alongside placements on respected labels.

His sound centers on raw and hypnotic techno that spans from deep, meditative grooves to peak-time driving material designed for club floors. Nørbak releases music on Soma Records, Axis, and Faut Section in addition to his own NRBK imprint, with several tracks achieving Beatport Top 100 chart positions. His productions demonstrate range across the techno spectrum, incorporating both the stripped-down aesthetics of raw techno and the energy levels required for festival sets, while maintaining the hypnotic qualities that define his core sound.
