Ø [Phase]

Ø [Phase] is the project of Ashley Burchett, a techno producer and mastering engineer from South West London. Active since 2013, Burchett also records under the aliases Syntax and Ash B, maintaining a prolific output with 30 releases spanning over a decade of production work.

His sound centers on raw and hypnotic techno, ranging from deep, atmospheric tracks to peak-time driving material that sits comfortably in the 130-140 BPM range. Ø [Phase] releases appear on established labels including Token, Modwerks, Smith Hyde Productions, WSNWG, and Skryptom Records, with occasional ventures into deep house and electronica territory. The project's evolution has incorporated elements of minimal techno and psychedelic trance, creating densely layered compositions that work equally well for late-night club sets and introspective listening sessions.
