Objekt is TJ Hertz, a UK-born electronic music producer and DJ currently based in Berlin, Germany. He began releasing music in 2013 and operates under the alias DJ Bogdan alongside his primary Objekt moniker. Hertz runs the Kapsela label and previously worked as a DSP developer at music technology company Native Instruments, bringing technical expertise to his production approach.

His sound spans driving techno and experimental electronic music, with releases appearing on his own Kapsela imprint, Tresor Records, and his self-titled objekt label.
