Ojibo Afrobeat

Ojibo Afrobeat is an afrobeat/afrojazz genre band from Vilnius, Lithuania formed in 2018 by Gediminas Stankevičius (drums/percussion), Karolis Levarauskas (alto sax) and Arūnas "W" Blažys (el. guitar). It is considered to be the first such band from Lithuania as afrobeat culture is still relatively new in eastern Europe region.

In the end of 2019 "Ojibo Afrobeat" recorded their debut album "Ojiboland" which was released in January, 2020.

Though it varies, currently the band consists of 9 members:

Evaldas Mockus - bass guitar
