Omich

Omich operates as the duo of Patrizio Mattei and Danny Omich, based in Rome, Italy. The pair began releasing music in March 2019 and run their own imprint Mattei & Omich Music. They also manage A&R duties for several labels including Metropolitan Recordings, Taste of Honey, Cut Rec, and Metroplab.

Their sound spans house, deep house, and nu disco territories, with releases distributed across established labels including Defected, King Street Sounds, Soulfuric Trax, and Glasgow Underground. Since 2019, Omich has maintained consistent output with 15 releases through December 2024, delivering groove-oriented productions that fit within the deeper, more soulful spectrum of contemporary house music. Their catalog demonstrates a focus on dance floor functionality while incorporating disco-influenced elements and classic house sensibilities.
