Omiki

Omiki is the progressive psychedelic trance project of Israeli producer Omri Amar, based in Beer Sheva, Israel. Amar discovered psytrance at age 12 through a mixtape that would fundamentally reshape his musical direction. The project began releasing music in May 2025 with six releases documented through February 2026.

Omiki's sound spans multiple electronic genres including melodic house & techno, psy-trance, and hard techno, with releases on Insomniac Music Group. The project maintains its roots in progressive psychedelic trance while incorporating dance/pop elements and exploring harder territories including hard dance and hardcore. This genre-fluid approach allows Omiki to operate across different BPM ranges and energy levels, from the hypnotic progressions of psytrance to the driving intensity of hard techno, making the project suitable for both underground psy gatherings and main stage festival sets.
