ØSCIL operates as a group based in France, with members Demian Castellanos and Tom Relleen comprising the electronic music project. The group began releasing techno tracks in April 2025, establishing themselves across multiple labels including Synthlab Records, WRD Records, and M4rlow Records. ØSCIL has maintained consistent output with five releases documented through March 2026.

The group produces raw, deep, and hypnotic techno alongside peak time driving tracks that span different energy levels within the techno spectrum. Their releases appear on Synthlab Records, WRD Records, and M4rlow Records, positioning them within the underground techno circuit. ØSCIL's sound encompasses both the introspective qualities of deep techno and the direct impact of driving peak time material, offering DJs tracks suitable for multiple points in a set from warm-up phases to main floor moments.
