Oskido

Oscar Mdlongwa, known as Oskido, operates from South Africa as one of the country's premier house DJs and producers. Born in 1967 in the Oukasie township near Brits in North West province, he spent his youth in Zimbabwe before returning to South Africa in 1987. He performs under several aliases including Oscar The Big "O" and Oscar Warona, establishing himself across multiple decades of electronic music production.

Oskido produces afro house, house, tech house, melodic house & techno, and indie dance, with recent releases appearing on Top Tracks of 2025. His sound incorporates South African electronic music traditions including afro soul, afro tech, gqom, and amapiano elements.
