P.U.L.S.A.R is the current project of Spanish producer Victor Vázquez Rafael, who has been active in techno since the mid-1990s. The artist began releasing under the P.U.L.S.A.R moniker in December 2022 and has since produced five releases across multiple labels. Rafael also releases music under the alias Victor Vazquez.

P.U.L.S.A.R specializes in raw, deep, and hypnotic techno alongside peak time driving variants, releasing on respected labels including Devotion Records, Subsist Records, Modularz, and Analog Solutions. The project's sound draws from Rafael's decades of techno experience, delivering both atmospheric deep cuts and harder-edged peak time tracks suitable for main room deployment. His releases span the techno spectrum from meditative hypnotic grooves to driving 4/4 workouts designed for maximum dancefloor impact.
