PALEMAN is the alias of UK producer Calum Lee, who began releasing electronic music in 2017. Lee also operates under the Fresnel Lens moniker and maintains an active presence as a jazz drummer, sound designer, and composer alongside his electronic music production. His debut release appeared on Zehnin in December 2017, marking the start of a prolific output that spans multiple labels and genres.

His production style centers on driving techno and UK bass influences, delivering peak-time energy across releases on Nonplus Records, Disorder, and Pretty Weird. PALEMAN's sound incorporates elements of leftfield house and techno, often pushing into bass-heavy club territory that reflects his UK bass background. The project has maintained consistent output since 2017, with releases scheduled through 2026, demonstrating his evolution from techno-focused productions toward a broader electronic palette that incorporates house rhythms and experimental club structures.
