Paresse is the production alias of Ivan Berggren, a Swedish electronic music producer based in Stockholm. Berggren began releasing music under the Paresse moniker in 2015, with his debut appearing on Eskimo Recordings that April. Over seven years of activity, he has maintained a focused output of five releases across two primary labels.

His sound spans nu disco, house, and indie dance territories, with releases distributed between Belgium's Eskimo Recordings and the Frau Blau imprint. Paresse's productions lean toward the organic house and downtempo spectrum, crafting mid-tempo grooves that balance dancefloor functionality with melodic sophistication.
