Pariah

Pariah is a UK electronic music group from Birmingham that originally formed in 1997 as a drum and bass outfit. The group consists of members P. Jones, R. Clinton, S. Martin, and Marc Plested, who have collectively operated under the Pariah moniker for over two decades. After establishing themselves in the drum and bass scene, the group shifted their focus to techno and house music production, with their first documented electronic releases appearing on Electrobuzz in June 2022.

Pariah produces raw and hypnotic techno alongside Afro house and bass house tracks, releasing music through labels including Voam and Klub Record. Their sound spans from deep, hypnotic techno grooves to peak-time driving techno, incorporating electronica elements that reflect their drum and bass background. The group maintains an active release schedule, with their most recent output scheduled through December 2025, demonstrating their continued evolution from their 1990s drum and bass origins into contemporary club-focused electronic music production.
