PAX is a German electronic music duo consisting of André Schmechta (Sevren Ni-arb) and Heiko Daniel, originally formed in 1995. The group began releasing music on electronic labels in 2014, with their first tracked release appearing in September of that year. Over the past decade, PAX has maintained consistent output with 26 releases across various imprints.
PAX produces tech house and deep house tracks that span from driving club-ready cuts to more melodic offerings. The duo releases music on labels including REALM Records, Solä, Nothing Else Matters, ABODE Records, and Factory 93 Records. Their sound encompasses both the energy of tech house and the deeper, more atmospheric elements of melodic house and techno. Recent releases extend into 2025, indicating the duo continues to evolve their production approach while maintaining focus on dancefloor-oriented material that works across peak-time and warm-up sets.
