About
Phasen is 20 year old Ryan Parmer, a college student at the University of Florida. He produces in a wide range of styles-from IDM to folk; from dance to classical. Mainly Phasen focuses on his own style of dance music, combining playful melodies with hip hop inspired percussion work. He has released music on labels such as U-Cover Records, Distant Noise Records, and I, Absentee. In 2008 he founded his own imprint with long time co-conspirators Mark.Nine and Five Step Path-Unnamed Label Records- which opened early in 2009.
