Playmo

Playmo is the techno alias of Miro Miljak, a German-Croatian producer originally from Nuremberg, Bavaria, who now operates from Cologne, North Rhine-Westphalia. Miljak previously performed as Monkey Miro in the pioneering German hip-hop group King Size Terror before transitioning into electronic music production. He launched his Playmo project in late 2022 with his first techno release appearing in November of that year.

Playmo produces raw, deep, and hypnotic techno alongside peak time driving variations, delivering music designed for late-night warehouse floors and festival main stages. His releases appear on established techno imprints including Planet Rhythm, Mind Games Recordings, MindTrip, CMND CTRL, and [R]3volution Uncod3d, with ten releases spanning from 2022 to 2025. His sound centers on hypnotic loops and driving percussion that builds tension across extended DJ sets, making his tracks suitable for both underground club environments and larger techno events.
