Polder

Polder is a Dutch electronic music duo from Amsterdam comprising David Labeij and Laurens Lanting. The group formed in 2006 and released their first track in December 2009 on Danse Club Records, marking the beginning of a career that spans over 15 years in the underground electronic scene.

The duo produces minimal deep tech, tech house, and peak time driving techno, with occasional forays into house music. Polder has released seven tracks across labels including Danse Club Records, Amam, Bla Bla, and Dirty Hands, with their most recent release scheduled for July 2025. Their sound operates in the driving techno and tech house spectrum, delivering the kind of peak time energy that fills dancefloors while maintaining the deeper, more minimalist sensibilities that define their Dutch electronic heritage.
