Priori

Francis Latreille operates under the Priori moniker from Montreal, Canada, where he works as a DJ and producer. He co-founded the NAFF label and has maintained a steady release schedule since his first track appeared in July 2018. Latreille also records under the aliases Francis Latreille and RED, with his Priori project accumulating 16 releases across multiple imprints over six years of activity.

Priori's output spans raw and hypnotic techno through to melodic house, with releases appearing on TRULE, Echovolt, ASL Singles Club, Jump Source, and his own NAFF imprint. His productions range from deep, minimal techno to peak-time driving tracks, often incorporating hypnotic elements that work across different points in a DJ set. The project has evolved from house-leaning material in its early phase toward more varied techno expressions, with recent releases exploring both stripped-back minimal approaches and more melodic territory that bridges house and techno tempos.
