Pryda is the progressive house alias of Swedish producer Eric Sheridan Prydz, born July 19, 1976, in Täby municipality near Stockholm. Operating alongside his other aliases Eric Prydz and Cirez D, Prydz launched the Pryda project and runs Pryda Recordings, his own imprint that serves as the primary outlet for his progressive house productions. The alias has been active since 2010, with releases spanning over 15 years through 2025.

Pryda's sound centers on progressive house and melodic house & techno, characterized by extended builds, atmospheric breakdowns, and driving basslines that work effectively in peak-time DJ sets. The project releases exclusively on Pryda Recordings, maintaining creative control over the catalog's direction and aesthetic.
