PWCCA is José Chacón Benito, a techno producer from Madrid, Spain who began releasing music in November 2019. He operates under the alias Dr. Cyanide and runs Hardtools Records along with its sublabels Inducted Waves and U.K. Executes. Born in 1979, he has released 38 tracks across his career, establishing himself within Spain's techno scene.

His sound spans raw, deep, and hypnotic techno alongside peak-time driving material, with additional forays into classic Detroit electro and modern electronic styles. PWCCA releases on his own Inducted waves and Hardtools Records imprints, as well as external labels including MORD, Warm Up Recordings, and Newrhythmic Records. His productions lean toward the harder spectrum of techno, delivering the driving energy and raw textures that define contemporary underground dance floors.
