Resistance D

Resistance D is a German electronic music group that originally formed in 1990, consisting of Maik Maurice and Pascal F.E.O.S. (Pascal Dardoufas). The duo operated from 1990 to 2020 before taking a hiatus, then restarted in 2024 with Maik Maurice now partnered with Ramon Zenker. Their recent return to production began with releases on BluFin in November 2021, marking their entry into the contemporary electronic music scene.

Their current sound spans melodic house and techno, peak time driving techno, and tech house, representing a significant evolution from their earlier trance and acid trance roots in the 1990s. Resistance D releases primarily on BluFin and Harthouse labels, delivering tracks that range from driving peak-time energy to more melodic house territories. Their 2024 restart has maintained consistent output with six releases between 2021 and 2025, showcasing their adaptation to modern dancefloor demands while retaining the technical precision developed over their decades-long career.
