Ribn is a German duo consisting of Manuel Tur and Max Heesen, who formed the project during studio jam sessions where they discovered their shared passion for deep and dubby techno tracks. The group began releasing music in 2009 and remained active through 2011, producing five releases across a two-year period.

Ribn operates primarily in the dub techno and deep house territories, with their sound spanning techno, tech house, and house genres. The duo has released music on respected labels including Styrax Leaves, Millions Of Moments, and Ovum. Their productions emphasize deep, dubby textures characteristic of the dub techno movement, delivering atmospheric tracks that balance driving techno elements with the spacious, reverb-heavy aesthetics of dub music.
