Riley Reinhold

Riley Reinhold began his career as a DJ in Cologne in 1984, initially playing independent music before transitioning to electronic music in 1989. He co-founded Cosmic Orgasm Soundsystem in 1990 with Sascha Kösch, the former editor-in-chief of de:Bug magazine, performing at early techno and acid parties throughout the Cologne area. Reinhold operates under several aliases including Triple R, RRR, and Ectokid, with his first electronic music release appearing in November 2009.

Reinhold's production style spans peak time driving techno, deep house, tech house, minimal deep tech, and house music. His eight releases between 2009 and 2014 demonstrate a range from atmospheric deep house grooves to harder-edged techno designed for peak time dance floor moments. The tempo and energy levels vary across his catalog, with his minimal deep tech offerings providing hypnotic, stripped-down arrangements while his driving techno releases deliver the intensity expected for main room sets.
