Risk Assessment

Risk Assessment is the project of Glyne Brathwaite, who has been DJing since the early 1990s at venues including Energy, The Wag Club, and Phantasy in London. Brathwaite has performed internationally at Ministry of Sound, Pacha, Fabric, Miami Winter Music Conference, and cities including Seattle, San Francisco, and Paris. He served as resident DJ for Ministry of Sound's Stereo Sushi events and radio show. Under the Risk Assessment alias, he began releasing music in February 2020, and also records under aliases including The GB Experience and Rood.

Risk Assessment delivers house music across nu disco, deep house, funky house, and tech house genres. His releases appear on Glitterbox Recordings, No Fuss Records, and Foliage Records, with seven releases spanning from 2020 to 2026. The sound draws from Brathwaite's decades of dancefloor experience, focusing on groove-driven house productions that range from the deeper, more atmospheric side of house to funkier, disco-influenced tracks. His work on Glitterbox Recordings aligns with that label's focus on classic house and disco revival sounds.
