Riva Starr

Riva Starr is the alias of Italian DJ and producer Stefano Miele, who originates from Napoli and now operates from London. He founded Snatch! Records in 2010, which serves as the primary outlet for his house and tech-house productions, and later launched the house-focused sub-label Brock Wild in 2017. Miele has also released music under the aliases Madox and Genghis Clan, and in November 2025 introduced OpenEye, a nu-disco and indie dance imprint designed for more eclectic club sounds.

Riva Starr produces tech house, house, and deep house tracks that have appeared on labels including Snatch! Records, Truesoul, Cajual Records, and This And That since his first release in January 2010. His catalog spans 156 releases through September 2019, demonstrating consistent output across the house music spectrum. The music combines traditional house elements with tech-house energy, positioning his sound within the contemporary club music landscape that bridges classic house sensibilities with modern dancefloor functionality.
