Roberto Rodriguez

Roberto Rodriguez, also known as Manolo, is a Spanish DJ and producer based in Helsinki, Finland. Born Roberto Juan Rodriguez in El Vedado, Habana, Cuba, he studied violin, piano and trumpet at Caturla Conservatory of Music in Habana before relocating. Rodriguez began his electronic music career in 2011 with his first release on February 27th. He operates across multiple aliases and has maintained consistent output through 2025, with 15 releases documented across the underground circuit.

Rodriguez produces deep house, tech house, and peak time techno, delivering tracks that span from atmospheric deep cuts to driving dancefloor material. His releases appear on respected labels including Poetry in Motion, Swedish Brandy Productions, dftd, ARTS, and Good For You Records. His sound incorporates elements of indie dance alongside traditional house frameworks, with tempos ranging from deep house's lower registers to techno's harder-hitting peak time territory.
