Rodent

There are at least two artists named Rodent:

1.) Czech musician / producer

2.) Nordic jazz quartet

1.) Rodent is a Czech musician / producer and he was also the editor of Bassline magazine. He has been producing music since 1994 and presenting live music performance since 1998. Rodent's track “Intergalactic Hunter” was released at ANTHONY ROTHER's label “DATAPUNK” in 2004. He is one half of the duo Rodent & Laura.

2.) Rodent was a jazz quartet with members from Finland, Norway and Iceland. Their sound employs elements from the nordic jazz movement and free form improvisation. Highly skillful, the band consist of Lars Tormod Jenset (bs), Haukur Gröndal (asax & clar), Jarkko Hakala (trp & fl.horn) and Helgi Sv. Helgason (dr). Together they released albums Beautiful Monster (2004) and Herbert (2006).
