Roland Leesker

Roland Leesker is a German DJ and music industry executive born in 1972 in Frankfurt am Main. He began DJing in the late 1980s and worked at Delirium Records in Frankfurt before opening their first international branch in New York in 1995. Leesker served as International Marketing Manager for Ministry of Sound in Berlin in the late 1990s and became Marketing Director at Virgin Music Germany in 2005. He currently serves as managing director of Get Physical Music, where he has released music since 2015.

Leesker produces house, techno, tech house, deep house, and indie dance tracks that span peak time driving energy to deeper, more contemplative moods. His releases appear primarily on Get Physical Music, with 26 releases documented between 2015 and 2025. His productions range from driving techno suitable for peak hour sets to more nuanced house music appropriate for warm-up or after-hours play. His sound draws from his decades of industry experience and demonstrates technical proficiency across multiple house and techno subgenres.
