ROMAR

ROMAR is the alias of French DJ and producer Romain Arandel, who began releasing electronic music in 2019. He operates multiple vinyl-only record labels including ODE, Bleu Ciel, Saga, and Moulinet, where he releases his own music alongside other artists. Since launching his first imprint in 2011, Arandel has established himself as both a producer and label curator within the French electronic music scene.

His sound spans minimal/deep tech, tech house, and broader electronic territories, with releases appearing on labels including Saga, Bleu Ciel, Rowle, and Atipic between 2019 and 2023. ROMAR's productions lean toward the deeper, more minimal end of the tech house spectrum, characterized by stripped-back arrangements and subtle groove variations.
