Rose Ringed is the alias of Danny ten Nijenhuis, a progressive house and techno DJ from Amsterdam, Netherlands. The project launched in June 2024 with releases appearing on Dutch label Spectrum (NL) and When Stars Align, accumulating five releases within the first year and a half of activity.
Rose Ringed operates across melodic house and techno territories, incorporating elements of Afro house and deep house into productions that lean toward the progressive side of the spectrum. The artist's catalog spans labels including Spectrum (NL) and When Stars Align, with recent inclusion in Curation Best Of 2025 compilations. The sound maintains the atmospheric qualities typical of Amsterdam's progressive house scene while incorporating percussion-driven elements that place tracks within both house and techno contexts for DJs working peak-time sets.
