Ruf Dug is Simon Hindle, a Manchester-based producer and DJ who began releasing music in 2014. He operates between Manchester and Ibiza, running his own imprint while hosting shows on NTS radio and owning a record store. Hindle also releases music under the aliases Some Freak and his real name Simon Hindle.
His sound spans deep house, house, electronica, bass/club, and indie dance across labels including Futureboogie Recordings, International Feel, Ran$om Note, Shall Not Fade, and Noire & Blanche. Ruf Dug's productions blend club-ready house rhythms with electronic experimentation, delivering tracks that work equally in peak-time DJ sets and home listening contexts.
